Flow 069 · AI agent testing and governance
Launch AI agents your security team will sign off on.
Before any AI agent or AI step goes live, we test it against real cases, lock its permissions down, confirm the human approval gates work and set up monitoring. Then we re-run the tests after every change.

What lands with your team
Most companies are not short of AI ideas. They are stuck on security and governance. This is the testing and control layer we put around every AI flow we build. You can also bring us agents your own team built.

How it works
- Starts when
- Before launch, and after any change to an agent, prompt, knowledge source or connector.
- Runs automatically
- A test set of real cases, run before launch and after every change; least-privilege identities for every agent; checks that human approval gates actually stop the flow; monitoring for errors, unanswered questions and unusual activity.
- Where AI helps
- Running test questions against the agent and checking every answer against what it should say.
- Where you’re in charge
- A named person signs off before launch, and again after significant changes.
What stays with a person
- Sign-off before launch
- Deciding what an agent is allowed to do
- Reviewing anything the monitoring flags

Questions teams ask
- Can you review agents our own team already built?
- Yes. We run the same tests and permission review on existing agents and give you a plain-language report.
- How often do tests run?
- Before launch, after any change and on a regular schedule you choose, usually monthly.
- Will we need new Microsoft licenses?
- Often not. Many of these flows run on what you already have in Microsoft 365. Some steps need premium connectors or AI credits, so we check your current licenses on the first call and tell you exactly what, if anything, you would add before you commit.
