Everything on this site and in my products, including the atuned app, the Reset Method, the Reset Library, the shop downloads, and my writing, is for general education and self-awareness. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Do not delay or stop care, or change any medication, because of something you saw or did here. Talk with a qualified professional about your own situation, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical or mental health condition, or take medication.
Where the Reset Method includes 1:1 check-ins, those are educational guidance. They are not therapy, counseling or medical care, and they do not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Examples, patterns, alerts and quotes are illustrative or personal to one person, and results vary from person to person.
The atuned app
- License. You may use the app on your own devices for your personal use. Please don't copy, reverse engineer, or resell it.
- Subscriptions. Premium is a subscription bought through Apple. The current price, and any free trial for new subscribers, is shown in the App Store before you buy and may change. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds. Apple processes App Store payments, so refunds are requested through Apple, under Apple's rules.
- Your data. Your data is stored in your own iCloud account, as described in the privacy policy. Because I can't see or restore it, you are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and device secure and for exporting anything you want to keep.
- Insights and alerts. Patterns, predictions and suggestions are based only on what you enter, and they are prompts for your own judgment, not medical conclusions.
- Age. The app is rated 16+ and is not intended for children under 13.
- Changes. I may update or discontinue features as the app grows, and will update these terms when I do.
Automation services
Starter kits and done-for-you automations are tools that send messages and organize information inside your own Google or Microsoft account. They do not diagnose, provide clinical care, or replace emergency services. You decide how they're used with your clients and are responsible for making sure that use follows the laws and professional rules that apply to you, including any privacy rules for health information. Scope, timing and any support or upkeep are confirmed in writing before work begins. Optional monthly upkeep can be cancelled at any time for the following month.
Purchases and refunds on this website
- Reset Method ($400 one-time): if it hasn't helped within 14 days of purchase, email admin@atuned.org and I'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
- Digital downloads (printables, planners, cards): delivered by email or download link. If a file doesn't work or isn't what you expected, email me within 14 days and I'll fix it or refund you.
- Done-for-you automation builds: refunds and revisions are agreed in writing with your setup.
Using what you buy
Downloads and starter kits are licensed for your own personal or business use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or post them publicly. Everything on this site, including text, design, and code, belongs to atuned or is used with permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to services I don't control (the App Store, Substack, Calendly, Stripe). I'm not responsible for their content or practices.
Limits of liability
The app, this site and their content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, atuned isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, site, downloads, or services, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
