Flow 060 · Approvals hub
Approvals that never sit in someone's inbox.
Purchase requests, expenses, discounts and contracts get checked against your policy, routed to the right approvers in Teams, escalated when someone is away and logged for audit.

What lands with your team
The work is ready. It is waiting for a signature from someone on vacation. This flow writes your policy down once and applies it every time. Requesters can see status, and approvers get everything they need in one card.

How it works
- Starts when
- Someone submits a request in a form, Teams or your app.
- Runs automatically
- Checking each request against budget, vendor and amount rules; routing to one approver, a chain, or several at once; reminders and automatic escalation to delegates; creating the PO or record once approved, and notifying the requester.
- Where AI helps
- Optional: summarizing long requests so approvers can decide from one card.
- Where you’re in charge
- Every approval is a person. The flow just gets it to the right one, fast.
What stays with a person
- Every approve or reject decision
- Exceptions to policy
- Changes to the policy itself

Questions teams ask
- Can approvers decide from their phone?
- Yes. Approvals arrive as cards in Teams and Outlook, on desktop or mobile, with the details and attachments included.
- What happens if our approval rules change?
- The rules live in one table your team can edit. Change an amount or an approver there and the flow follows it.
- Will we need new Microsoft licenses?
- Often not. Many of these flows run on what you already have in Microsoft 365. Some steps need premium connectors or AI credits, so we check your current licenses on the first call and tell you exactly what, if anything, you would add before you commit.
